Software License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Apex Boss for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited and WILL result in legal action.

Data Collection & Usage
We collect minimal personal data (e.g., name, email, telemetry data) solely to enhance your in-race experience and improve app functionality. Your information is stored securely and is never sold, shared, or monetized without your explicit consent.

User Conduct & Responsibilities
You are responsible for your actions while using Apex Boss. Abuse, cheating, harassment, or exploitation of system features will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled through your PayPal account prior to the renewal date. No refunds are issued after a charge has been processed.

Limitation of Liability
Beta Apps LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, hardware issues, or racing incidents arising from use of the software. You acknowledge and accept that you use Apex Boss entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any legal matters shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within Maricopa County, Arizona.

Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of Apex Boss after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
